TAPI is an integration type that bridges your PBX to desktop computer-telephony (CTI) applications on Windows. Once configured, a number selected in a supported desktop app can be placed as a call through the PBX instead of dialling it by hand.
What it does
TAPI is an exclusive type: only one TAPI integration can exist per tenant.
