TAPI integration

The TAPI integration bridges your PBX to desktop computer-telephony applications on Windows, so a number selected in a supported app is placed as a call instead of dialled by hand. Only one can exist per tenant.

Overview

TAPI is an integration type that bridges your PBX to desktop computer-telephony (CTI) applications on Windows. Once configured, a number selected in a supported desktop app can be placed as a call through the PBX instead of dialling it by hand.

What it does

TAPI is an exclusive type: only one TAPI integration can exist per tenant.
