Resellers

A reseller is a child partner organization managed by a distributor, operating independently with its own PBXs and team.

Overview

Resellers sit one level below a distributor in the partner hierarchy, each with its own PBXs, team members, and logo. Only distributors create and manage resellers, and they can add or invite team members straight from a reseller record.

What it does

A distributor has full visibility and control over its resellers, while each reseller manages its own PBXs and customers and its team members log in under that reseller context. Suspending a reseller blocks its team members from the portal.
