Partner settings

Partner settings is where you manage your organization's profile and authentication options, including Microsoft sign-in for your team.

Overview

Changes here apply to your entire partner organization. The Organization tab holds profile information and branding, the Authentication tab controls how team members sign in.

What it does

Microsoft sign-in lets team members use their Microsoft account (Azure AD or Microsoft Entra ID) instead of a password. Enabling it at the organization level grants all team members access. Leaving it off lets you grant individuals access via the per-user setting on their team member record.

Microsoft sign-up goes further: when enabled, new users whose email domain matches one of your configured domains create an account automatically just by signing in with Microsoft. Add at least one email domain before it works.
