> An **image upload** is a single image file stored on the platform and attached to another entity (a user's wallpaper, a partner logo, a SIP-device background). The Image uploads page is the central catalog of every image on your tenant.

## Overview

Uploads happen from the entity that owns the image (a SIP device's wallpaper field, a user's desktop background), governed by that entity's permissions, not from this page. The page is for storage cleanup and audit: see every image, sort by size or age, and find what is taking space and which feature uploaded it. Images are decorative only and have no effect on call routing or callers.

## What it does

Each row shows a thumbnail (click to preview full size), the image category (for example voxbi_desktop, yealink_wallpaper, partner_logo), a link to the owning entity, pixel dimensions, file size, and upload date. Filter by image category and by owning model type.

> [!WARNING]
> Deletion is permanent and immediate, with no trash. Deleting an image removes it from its owning entity, so the next render (a phone fetching its wallpaper) sees nothing. Verify the filter before bulk-deleting.
